WELCOME TO OUR FALL 2023 STUDENT INTERN, KYLIE CARTER!

Kylie is serving as a Student Intern this fall from Westmont College. She will be learning and serving with our Discipleship Ministries and the Center for Faith and Justice through mid-December. Welcome, Kylie!

About Kylie Carter

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, but I have been living in Santa Barbara for the past three years while attending Westmont College. I'm in San Francisco for the semester as a part of the Westmont in San Francisco cohort. I'm a religious studies major at Westmont, but my love for learning about Scripture and the Christian faith extends beyond the classroom! In fact, I spend much of my free time reading books by various theologians; I find that it has enhanced my own Christian walk and journey with Scripture. When I'm not reading, I love being active (especially when it is outdoors)! I thoroughly enjoy hiking, long-distance running, and rock climbing.
