Moving, Opening & Honoring
Walk and touch peace every moment.
Walk and touch happiness every moment.
Each step brings a fresh breeze.
Each step makes a flower bloom.
Kiss the Earth with your feet.
Bring the Earth your love and happiness.
The Earth will be safe
when we feel safe in ourselves.
— Thich Nhat Hanh

Prompts:
Consider writing one or a few of these down on a piece of paper. Take them with you and if you are curious and interested, pull one out and read it first silently to yourself (as you move) and perhaps a second time softly out loud (as you move). Be open and attentive to what arises. Release the need to solve anything or arrive somewhere.
- Am I connecting with the miracle of my body (as it is)?
- I am inviting creativity, dreams, and joy from deep within my heart.
- I acknowledge what is heavy and stressful in my life. As I move, I shed dead skin. I invite a tender and humble shedding of what feels heavy or stressful.
- I invite myself to hold the hand of my inner child/younger self with compassion and grace. I see and witness my deep pain (both physical and emotional).
- Spirit, God, Goddess, I invite you into my breathing and existing.
