Our hope and good work in Children’s Ministry at City Church is that children would find human bodies holy, minds and hearts captivated by the stories of God, and be able to draw living water from the rich liturgies of the Christian faith. Join us in this good work!

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Storytellers  who want to build relationships with children through telling the stories of the Bible  and praying for our children during children’s worship
• Classroom aides to help the Storyteller facilitate a safe and connected space for children’s worship. 
• Substitute storytellers and aides who are willing to help as able.

Whatever your gifts or talents, bring them to Children’s Worship and be another picture to our children of how to be a Jesus-follower in our time and place.

Who makes a great volunteer?

Someone who:

• remembers being a child
• honors the dignity and personhood of children
• loves wondering about God's story

We ask all volunteers to complete an application, background check, and finger printing. All volunteers will be trained and receive ongoing support from the Children's Ministries team.
