Our hope and good work in Children’s Ministry at City Church is that children would find human bodies holy, find their minds and hearts captivated by the stories of God, and be able to to draw living water from the rich liturgies of the Christian faith. Join us in this good work!

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Classroom leaders who want to build relationships with children through storytelling and prayer.
• Classroom aides to participate in Children’s Worship alongside children and other volunteers.
• Toddler storytellers to read a story and pray for babies and toddlers.
• Substitute teachers and aides who are willing to help as able.

Whatever your gifts or talents, bring them to Children’s Worship and be another picture to our children of how to be a Jesus-follower in our time and place.

Who makes a great volunteer?

Someone who:

• remembers being a child
• honors the dignity and personhood of children
• loves wondering about God's story

We ask all volunteers to complete an application, background check, and finger printing. All volunteers will be trained and receive ongoing support from the Children's Ministries team
