Pride Celebration Service: Queer Joy is Resistance
Join us for our 2nd Annual Pride Celebration Worship Service as we join in the theme of SF Pride 2025: Queer Joy is Resistance. In a world where our queer siblings are increasingly experiencing trauma, pain and loss of rights, joy becomes a holy defiance—a powerful act of protest, healing, and hope.
We’re thrilled to welcome special guest Rev. Brandan Robertson—author, activist, and public theologian—whose newest book, Queer & Christian, is a joyful reclamation of the Bible and a bold affirmation that queer people belong at the center of faith. Rev. Robertson brings a message of radical inclusion and unshakable hope, rooted in the belief that God's love knows no bounds.
Come sing songs of protest and praise, lift prayers of pride and purpose, and celebrate the beauty and resilience of queer faith. Whether you're LGBTQIA+, an ally, or simply curious, there’s a place for you here. Let’s embody the joy that resists oppression—and the love that changes everything. All are welcome. Come as you are. Trans March Dolores St Sidewalk Party
ALL are invited to join us for a Dolores St (at 17th) Sidewalk for a Drinks and Treats Happy Hour from 5pm - 7pm (or till the march passes). Together we\'ll celebrate and cheer as the March heads to Turk and Taylor, the site of Compton's Cafeteria and home of the Compton's Transgender Cultural District. Exact location will be emailed out the day before the March.

Pride March
Together, we’ll march, sing, dance, and high-five our way down Market St. as part of the SF Pride Parade, and invite folks to experience God’s inclusive love at City Church. RSVP to let us know you’re coming. Once details are confirmed, we’ll send out a schedule with gathering location and time.
