Kaylee is the Associate Director of Student Ministries and our resident Gen Z icon. When not wrangling teenagers, she’s probably thinking of ways to sneak in a good read, doodling on scraps of paper, or crafting up a storm. At home, she’s usually attempting to cook a meal her mom made her as a kid. Kaylee is still on the hunt for a reliable boba spot, but in the meantime, she pours her energy into helping students know they belong. Her heart for youth ministry began as a teenager, when her own youth pastors reminded her that age, gender, or sexuality didn’t disqualify her from having a voice in the church. Now she carries that same passion forward — creating space for students to discover their gifts, wrestle with faith, and know they’re not alone.
