I grew up in the East Bay attending First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley. Some of my earliest family memories are attending Cal football home games on Saturdays (Go Bears!) and then going right back to Berkeley for church on Sundays. First Pres was instrumental in the development of my faith through college, encouraging intellectual curiosity along the path to following Jesus personally and in community.

I moved to San Francisco in 2009 to attend law school and originally encountered City Church through friends who invited me to join their community group. At City Church I have been a member and leader of CGs, a volunteer with the youth group since 2013, and a Newbigin Fellow in 2016-2017. 

City Church has provided a spiritual home for me for more than 15 years, challenging and expanding my faith and helping me grow in my understanding of what it means to follow Christ in San Francisco. I am honored to be considered for the Elder Board, and I look forward to contributing to this season of building and growth.
