Our church had the privilege of attending The Future of Faith conference—an inspiring gathering that curated a beautiful “middle” space where deep faith and justice conversations could flourish. We were challenged to embrace a Spirit-led, improvisational faith, as Rev. Gail Song Bantum put it, guided through imaginative prayer stations by our very own Barbara Lyon, and, of course, enjoyed plenty of incredible food (Burma Superstar, anyone?).

We left feeling encouraged, refreshed, and emboldened to keep building a faith community rooted in hope, justice, and imagination.
