Jesus declared that he came to bring life abundantly, yet, how many of us are actually taking him up on that offer? Even though God created us to live into our fullest selves, many of us struggle to embrace and embody this. The systems and structures that shape our worldview, as well as life options and choices, also shape our imaginations for what we think we can do and who we think we can be. Jesus challenges us to break free from all of which keep us bound up so that we can experience God’s full embrace and pursue God’s vision of wholeness of life for all.
