The Faith & Justice Cohort is one of City Church's primary pathways for spiritual formation. It is an immersive discipleship experience that integrates theological learning, spiritual practice, community, and engagement with our city.
We believe we are formed not only by what we study, but by where we are planted. Through The Faith & Justice Network curriculum, participants journey together through Scripture and theology, cultivate spiritual practices, and participate in guided immersion experiences throughout San Francisco. Alongside local ministries, community organizations, and neighbors, we seek to discover how God is already at work in our city. Each experience is paired with intentional reflection and discussion, helping participants connect their faith with everyday life, love of neighbor, and the common good of our city.
Throughout the year, participants are invited to:
Deepen their relationship with God through spiritual practices.
Grow in theological wisdom and confidence.
Build meaningful relationships within a learning community.
Integrate faith and justice in everyday life.
Discern how God is calling them to serve the common good.
The Faith & Justice Cohort is for anyone longing to follow Jesus more deeply by learning, practicing, and serving alongside others.
