As summer comes to an end and children get ready to go back to school, City Church gets ready to welcome children back from summer camps and vacations! As we prepare for larger numbers, we need more volunteers.
Could that be you? Come to our Children’s Ministry Lunch on August 23 from 11:30-1 to find out! We’ll gather in the Gold Room after church to share a meal, get to know one another, and learn about the different volunteer roles on offer. If you decide you’d like to get involved, you will then be invited to join our Volunteer Training on September 27 directly after church (lunch and childcare provided).
This event is for anyone interested in learning about or being part of Children’s Ministry — parents and non-parents alike. If you are already a Storyteller or an Aide, you are welcome! This is for both the new and the seasoned.
This is an adult-only event, but babies in laps are welcome. Childcare and lunch will be provided.
